Senior Tennis- Summer Interclub

Senior Interclub

• Summer interclub runs from September to April each year
• Alternate Saturdays commencing at 12:00 midday
• Teams selected based on past performance, current grading, club champs results and observations of the selection committee
• Doubles/combines (mixed doubles) competition or doubles/singles competition
• Women's 'Super Tennis' also available - play 3 doubles matches (first to 8 games)
• Winter Interclub runs on Sundays and is very relaxed

Twilight Interclub Tennis

• Runs during the summer on Monday and Tuesday evenings from 6:30pm
• Mens and womens doubles

Winterclub (terms 2 & 3)

• This replaces Club Night over the winter
• An organised in-house competition for club members of all levels
• Teams of 2 men and 2 women play on Tuesday or Wednesday evenings from 7:00pm
• Bar open after tennis

Summerclub (term 1)

• Same format as Winterclub
• Both these competitions replace a clubnight

Winter Interclub

• Not to be confused with Winterclub, this an Auckland-wide competition
• Sundays, 10:00am - 2:00pm (or earlier)
• 3 different competitions available - 4 singles and 2 doubles; 4 doubles and 4 combines; doubles only

Club Championships (March each year)

• Doubles, singles and combines
• Best of 3 sets

Handicap Champs (November each year)

• Doubles, singles and combines
• Players are graded and given a handicap to even-up the play
